Digital technology has been both a blessing and a curse in our society. It has provided us with advancements that have benefitted us all, and has connected the world in a way that hasn't occurred decades before its arrival. However, there are some legitimate concerns of how technology affects a person's personality and mental health. With the growth of social media and smartphones, it has become harder for us to limit our usage of technology. As a result from over-consuming technology, face-to-face communication has begun to decline. Social anxiety, internet addiction, and other forms of anti-social behavior have been symptoms of over-consuming technology.

With this website, I hope to attract those that are interested technology's influence over the world and are looking for answers on these issues. Throughout these series of posts, I hope to go into great detail about the pros and cons of technology, how to limit our usage, and the profound impact that face-to-face communication has on people's lives.
